The Twelve Days of Christmas is an English Christmas Carol, first published in England in the late 18th Century and the twelve days in the song start with Christmas Day and finish on the twelfth day; the day before Epiphany, which is when the Christmas celebrations traditionally come to a close.

I have wanted to stitch this kit for a very long time and each motif can be transformed into a hanging heart, bowl filler, lavender bag or as a wall hanging as one piece.
