This was the third in the series for our special kickstarter edition of The Stitchery at the farm.

Beehives and bees are a favourite thing to stitch, and obviously we had to include a beekeeper in our farm series.

The kit uses a piece of 10” antique linen that is screen printed by hand.

The design measures 10cm square approx.

The kit includes antique hand-printed linen, instructions and all threads required to complete the embroidery.

Note; because we antique linen then there will be variation in the colour, texture and weight from piece to piece.

You will need to have a simple sewing kit to include small, sharp, embroidery scissors, an assorted packet of embroidery/crewel needles and an embroidery hoop. 

 All of our kits have been completed by complete beginners but we do rate our kits on a scale of 1-3 to help you

 1) Absolute beginner

2) Enthusiastic beginner

3) Accomplished beginner

 This kit is rated - 2 - for Enthusiastic Beginners and above

Ideal as gifts or for yourself, The Stitchery embroidery kits are designed with beginners in mind, as well as advanced stitchers. 

The aim is not to produce a perfect piece of needlework but to encourage the stitcher to slow down and enjoy a little old-fashioned calmness and serenity in a world that is becoming increasingly fast-paced and perhaps a little stressful at times.
