The Stitchery Social

Once a month I open my studio for a social stitch. It is always a Saturday and usually the first of the month. Everyone is welcome. You don’t have to be an embroiderer, you can bring your knitting, crochet, patchwork, cross stitch…. The idea is that you bring anything you would like to work on and have a relaxing day out with like-minded people. Bring along any of your embroidery projects and I will be happy to help you.

Spaces are limited to 14 which is cosy but doable. There is an upstairs area with coffee table and comfy armchairs, and a room downstairs with kitchen table and chairs. Perfect if you like to keep your craft items and coffee right in front of you.

The cost of a place is £10 which buys unlimited tea and coffee all day. There is always a biscuit and a piece of cake floating around too. Bring your own lunch or pick something up from the Castle Ashby deli (who makes delicious salad boxes, cake and soup) or The Buttery cafe where you can sit in for a full cooked meal or take away a baked potato, sandwich or similar). Book here if you would like to join us next time.
