I am SO excited to welcome my friend Andrea Flebbe to The Stitchery studio this summer. You will recognise Andrea’s name as founder of the beautiful Quilt Store, Willow Cottage Quilt Company. She also co-wrote the Acufactum book for the My Dear Jane fabric collection.

Join us for the day, meet Andrea and stitch with us. I will create a new (small) embroidery to complement the My Dear Jane collection which we will be finished into a hand-stitched project using Acufactum fabrics, demonstrated by Andrea. (We will be making the hand-pieced fabric bowl featured, reworked with a small panel of embroidery along one of the pieces.)

A snack lunch of cheese and fruit will be provided, together with plenty of tea, coffee and cake. Full kits will be given on the day for both the embroidery project and fabric for the finished piece. Just bring along a basic sewing kit with hoop if you use one.

It will be a special day for us at the studio and we look forward to seeing you.
